How to print using Papercut Mobility Print

Printing on Chrome can be done using the Papercut Mobility Chrome app. Ensure that Chrome is on at least version 114. This can be checked by opening Chrome, selecting the top right three dots, and hovering over Help, then clicking About Google Chrome. If you do not have at least version 114 or higher, contact support@ycschools.org.

Troubleshooting printing issues

If the printing functionality does not work, restart your Chromebook and attempt to print again.

If the issue persists, contact support@ycschools.org.

Using the Mobility Print Chrome app

  1. Go to a document in Chrome that you wish to print. On the print options screen, select "See more…"

After selecting see more, you will be shown a list of printers. Scroll down until you find Yamhill_Secure  and select this printer.

  1. You will then be asked to sign in. Select Sign in with Google.

  2. Print your document, and then go to the nearest printer to retrieve your job. You will have to swipe your key fob next to the fob reader on the side of the printer to access your document.
